Since 2010, I've onboarded a lot of developers on a lot of projects. Team evolution is a part of the normal life of a project but can be a big challenge. In this lighting talk I will make a restrospective on how GraphQL drasticaly reduced the "time-to-be-opperational" and helped get a productive team very quickly.
